1. Products 

We offer custom-printed T-shirts created on demand via Printful. We select only high-quality base garments and ensure that product descriptions are as accurate as possible. 

Images on our site are either provided by Printful or captured by us to reflect the actual product. Due to manual production, slight variations may occur (e.g., color, finish). The final item you receive will be equivalent in quality and design to what’s shown—even if it's not the exact piece in the photo. 

Additional photos or information are available upon request before purchase. 

2. Prices 

All prices displayed on the site are inclusive of VAT in euros (€) and exclude shipping fees. We reserve the right to modify prices at any time without notice. 

Shipping fee per order is €5.95, regardless of quantity or destination. 

3. Order Process and Availability 

To place an order, you must register or log in. Add your desired items to the cart, click “Checkout,” and confirm your delivery and payment details. It's essential that you provide accurate information to ensure correct delivery. 

Availability depends on Printful’s fulfiller stock. Typical fulfillment time is 2–5 business days printful.com. You will be notified by email once your order is shipped. 

4. Payment 

We offer secure payment by credit/debit card or PayPal. Payment is processed via our online gateway. Once payment is confirmed, you will receive an email confirming your order and its preparation status. 

5. Shipping & Delivery 

  • Shipping: We ship worldwide via Printful. Fulfillment time typically ranges from 2 to 5 business days, followed by delivery .

  • Shipping Fee: Flat rate of €5.95 per order.

  • You will receive tracking information by email once the order ships.

  • Customs or import duties (if applicable) are the buyer’s responsibility.


6. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

As this is a custom-printed product, you are entitled to a 14-day withdrawal period from the date of delivery. To initiate a return, please contact us by email with your order details and reason for return.

Returned items must be unused, unwashed, with tags and packaging intact. To return an item, you will receive a prepaid shipping label. The cost (€5.95) will be deducted from your refund. Refunds will be issued via the original payment method once we receive and inspect the item(s).

If the item is defective, misprinted, or damaged during shipping, please contact us immediately. We will cover return shipping fees and either send a free replacement or issue a full refund.

7. Legal Warranties
 
  • Compliance Warranty: We warrant that our products conform to the contractual agreement. You have 2 years from delivery to claim non-conformity .

  • Hidden Defects Warranty: We also cover any hidden defects under civil code warranty for up to 2 years from discovery .


8. Liability

We (and Printful) are not liable for indirect or unforeseeable damages. Our liability for direct damages is limited to the purchase price of the product.

Unresolved disputes may be submitted to an EU dispute resolution platform or to a consumer mediator under applicable regulations.

10. Personal Data

We collect personal data during registration and purchases. Our Privacy Policy explains how we process and protect this data in accordance with GDPR.

11. Changes to Terms
 
We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be effective from the date they are posted on this page. Current users will also be notified by email.
